Rumors against Muslim charitable hospital

This rumour is confirmed false and is of medium priority – here's why:
A pro Buddhist group Ma Ba Tha is circulating rumours against a Muslim charitable hospital in Yangon on the social media. A post on Facebook page with the name of Yu Mi Ko said the hospital has tried to persuade a monk to convert to Islam.
It was posted on 20 April, which was “liked” by more than 2000 Facebook users and shared among 6140 others. Ma Ba Tha is Myanmar acronym for Mandalay based the Association for Protection of Race and Religion; it earned notoriety for racial attacks against Muslims since its establishment four years ago.
The post said an unnamed monk from Bago Region was offered by the hospital Kyat 5 million if he agree to convert to Islam.
“The monk was taking treatment at the hospital for 7 days and on the 5th day he went to the clinic he was persuade to take Kyat 5 million and monthly donation to convert to Islam and live a life free of financial difficulties,” the post said.
The hospital was established at Barr Street in Yangon and it is giving treatment free of charge for anyone take treatment.
It has kidney dialysis centre poor people across Myanmar come to take treatment at the hospital. According to historical fact, the hospital kept its door open for treatment during intense bombardment on Yangon by Japanese army during the Second World War the hospital has 100 staff who are from different ethnicity and religions.
The Facebook pages maintain by so-called nationalists attacks against Muslims in different ways, however, the government so far failed to take action against them.
